The Role
This is a true consultancy position, offering strongtechnical exposure and client interaction.
You will be responsible for supporting planning projectsincluding residential development, school expansion projects and communityinfrastructure schemes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Preparingand submitting full and outline planning applications
* DraftingPlanning Statements and supporting planning documentation
* Assistingwith Local Plan representations and site promotion work
* Supportingplanning appeals and enforcement-related matters
* Liaisingwith local planning authorities and statutory consultees
* Attendingclient meetings, project calls and site visits
* Supportingsenior staff with planning strategy research and advice
About You
* MRTPIqualified or actively working towards chartership
* Experiencegained in consultancy, local authority or developer-side
* Strongwritten skills and ability to produce clear, evidence-based reports
* Commerciallyaware and keen to develop client-facing confidence
* Motivatedand ambitious with a long-term career focus
