Key Responsibilities:
* Multidisciplinary Team Collaboration : Work as part of the Adult Community Learning Disability and Autism Team, contributing to the holistic care of clients.
* Client-Centred Interventions : Manage a defined caseload using evidence-based principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions tailored to individual needs.
* Coordinated Therapy Services : Deliver an effective and efficient Occupational Therapy service to the Bailiwick of Guernsey, maintaining high standards of care.
* Clinical Record Maintenance : Ensure accurate clinical records are kept, participating in service development and evaluation within the Adult Community Services Directorate.
* Autonomous Practice : Work independently to manage a client group, delivering specific Occupational Therapy treatment programmes.
* Goal Setting and Collaboration : Collaborate with service users, their carers, and the multidisciplinary team to set realistic goals and determine outcomes.
* Supervision and Professional Development : Participate in regular supervision and appraisals, using reflection to inform practice and identify training needs.
* Continuous Learning : Maintain and expand professional knowledge through ongoing learning and engage in clinical audits when required.

Requirements:
* HCPC Registration : Must be a registered Occupational Therapist with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
