Peregrine is supporting a large-scale transformation within a UK government department and we’re looking for a Service Designer to join the multidisciplinary team. Designing and improving end-to-end services across discovery, alpha, beta and live
Mapping user journeys, service blueprints, processes and touchpoints
Facilitating workshops and co-design sessions with users and stakeholders
Translating insights and research into practical service improvements
Working closely with Product, UX, Research, Policy and Technical teams
Experience designing services within multidisciplinary teams
Strong skills in journey mapping, service blueprints & prototyping
Ability to unpack complex problems and simplify service flows
Experience in agile or iterative environments
