The role will involve delivering targeted support to pupils, focusing on raising attainment in literacy and numeracy across Key Stages 1 and 2. As an Intervention Teaching Assistant, you will work with small groups and individual learners, helping them build confidence, close learning gaps, and achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities Lead one-to-one and small group intervention sessions in literacy and numeracy. Support pupils who need additional help to meet learning targets.
