The Mac and Mobility Engineering Group is looking for an CWK Endpoint Engineer with a focus on supporting macOS and optionally iOS / iPadOS. The position is based in our Drapers Gardens Office Location. The candidate will be responsible for all manner of engineering related to enterprise integration of macOS and optionally iOS / iPadOS within the highly regulated, BlackRock Digital Workplace environment. The individual will work as a key contributor as part of a distributed team where diverse perspectives are respected, and success depends on effective cross functional collaboration with multiple subject matter groups. An individual who can demonstrate a pride of ownership in everything they do is of the highest importance. Job responsibilities Provide engineering level support for corporate owned Apple devices. Be responsible for deployment and administration of the JAMF Cloud MDM solution, Administration of Office 365 / Intune / Azure device compliance integrations. Maintain the development, test, and production environments. Architect and align JAMF and Apple technology with business processes to enhance efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation as well as assist with training and related materials as needed. Manage test plans, and testing groups of users for new releases of macOS. Disrupt assumptions, challenge the status quo, and break previous boundaries via consensus building and process refinement for the advantage of the user base. 5 years total progressive IT experience in macOS platform. Must have JAMF 300 certification, JAMF 350/400 preferred. Equivalent experience followed by obtaining certifications within 90 days of the beginning of employment will be considered. 2 years" experience supporting JAMF Pro/Cloud in a large enterprise. 2 years supporting Apple platforms in enterprise environments of 500 macOS machines. Strong communication skills at all levels, from end users to IT peers. Strong understanding of supporting technologies such as authentication, networking, wireless, VPN, peripherals etc. Scripting proficiency in ZSH / Bash / Python is a plus. Previous experience with ZScaler is a plus. Advanced packaging experience, JAMF package manager and Microsoft Auto Update. Experience with SCEP/NDES, Active Directory, Azure AD and certificate distribution, highly desirable. Optional, experience with mobile MDM concepts ex: iOS - supervision, restriction polices, per app VPN. Experience with Apple Business Manager, Volume Purchase Program and Apple Configurator.
