We are supporting a long‑established, privately owned motor group in their search for a skilled Motor Vehicle Technician to join their St Austell dealership.
In this role, you will work on the dealership’s represented brand while also supporting multi‑brand servicing and repairs as part of the business’s busy used‑car operation.
Key Responsibilities
* Carrying out servicing in line with manufacturer guidelines
* Performing routine and preventative maintenance
* Completing a range of vehicle inspections, including:
o Health Checks
o Pre‑Delivery Inspections (new vehicles)
o Used Car Multi‑Point Inspections
* Conducting general repairs, including MOT‑related work
* Replacing consumable components such as brakes, exhaust systems, and suspension parts
About You
The successful candidate will hold a minimum NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and will bring the technical skill, experience and confidence to complete tasks efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
