Key Responsibilities: General Facilities Manage incoming and outgoing post, including sorting, collections, franking, courier bookings, and bulk scanning Monitor facilities and fax inboxes, ensuring all requests and communications are actioned promptly Oversee stationery and supply levels, including kitchen provisions and first aid kits Support health and safety administration, fire alarm testing, and manual handling tasks Maintain office standards through daily touchpoint cleans and litter picks Provide ad hoc support with binding, laminating, and document preparation Meeting Rooms Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational and ready from 8:30am each day Manage Outlook bookings and provide oversight for ground floor and other meeting rooms Deliver hospitality services, including refreshments, lunches, and stock management Maintain high standards of cleanliness, including kitchens, toilets, and shower facilities Monitor and report maintenance, IT, and AV issues Provide support to marketing and events teams when required Reception & Switchboard Open and prepare Russell House reception by 9:00am and close down at 5:30pm Deliver outstanding front-of-house service for clients, visitors, and contractors Operate the central switchboard for all three offices, ensuring calls are answered and transferred promptly Handle visitor sign-in, mail deliveries, and taxi bookings Maintain confidentiality while capturing accurate details from clients and directing them appropriately ? ?
