We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales function across our Northern and Southern offices. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that delivers cutting-edge AV and collaboration solutions to organisations across the UK.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will help shape and influence the future direction of our sales strategy and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and manage a dispersed sales team across both offices.
* Drive new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to create and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns aimed at both existing clients and new prospects.
* Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and support company growth.
* Contribute to the broader leadership team, supporting business-wide decisions and strategic planning.
* Monitor and analyse performance metrics, reporting on progress to senior management.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure continued success.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Sales Manager within the Audio Visual industry.
* Proven track record of leading sales teams and achieving ambitious targets.
* Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
* Strong understanding of AV and videoconferencing technologies and the industry landscape.
* Strategic thinker with excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
* Comfortable with regular travel between offices and to client sites.
