People & Culture Manager

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, forward-thinking Scottish food company to recruit a People & Culture Manager for their Glasgow HQ. This is a unique opportunity to join a business that’s redefining what a modern food company looks like — values-led, sustainability-focused, and deeply committed to its people.
As the company continues to scale, they’re looking for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can help shape a culture that’s innovative, inclusive and fit for the future. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to embed progressive people practices across the organisation — from the production floor to the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and evolve people strategy across the business — with a strong focus on culture, growth, and inclusion.
* Partner with managers to support high-performing teams and positive employee experiences.
* Oversee recruitment, learning & development, and engagement initiatives aligned to company values.
* Ensure policies and people processes are modern, equitable and legally sound.
* Drive continuous improvement in areas such as wellbeing, feedback, DE&I, and leadership development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Solid experience in a People & Culture or HR leadership role, ideally in FMCG, manufacturing or high-growth environments.
* Confident in challenging the status quo and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — a trusted partner to all levels of the business.
* A proactive, adaptable mindset with a genuine passion for building better workplaces.
