The Role
We are working with a leading building, refurbishment, and fit-out contractor to recruit a skilled Document Controller. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and experience using Procore Construction Management software to play a key role in managing documentation across a range of high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Take ownership of project documentation using Procore, ensuring all documents are uploaded, tracked, and distributed accurately.
2. Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), Technical Submittals, Sample Submittals, Professional Team Drawings, and Subcontractor & Supplier Drawings.
3. Liaise with the project team, clients, and supply chain to resolve missing or inaccurate information.
4. Support efficient retrieval of project documents throughout the project lifecycle.
