As part of the role, you will be required to:
* Keep our facilities clean to NHS standards
* Monitor and maintain stock
* Lone work
* Complete moving and handling tasks
Main duties of the job
You will provide a vital role in maintaining a quality cleaning service to the Health Centre and adhering to NHS Cleaning Standards. You will be using approved working methods with equipment, cleaning materials, and work procedures for the following:
* Sanitary areas, furniture, fixtures, and fittings at high and low levels
* Maintain carpeting areas, hard flooring, and upholstery
Ensuring high standards of cleaning of furniture, fixtures, and fittings in clinical and office areas. Previous cleaning experience is desirable; however, full training will be given.
You must be open and honest, able to work using your own initiative, and work well within a team.
You must have good communication skills, be receptive to feedback, and keen to learn.
Basic IT skills would be advantageous to complete competency and compliance training online.
