What will I be doing?
As an On-Trade Territory Manager, you will deliver exceptional in‑outlet execution, drive rate of sale and build strong, value‑adding relationships across Newcastle & The North‑East. The role requires commercial acumen, brand expertise, operational excellence and disciplined journey planning to consistently meet KPIs and business objectives.
The Specifics
* Harmonise all steps of the call to a high standard, delivering agreed KPIs, commercial targets and performance metrics. Identify, secure and activate ROS‑driving opportunities and implement tools to maximise performance.
* Own the region, understand customer needs and market conditions, and build a 4‑week forward journey plan to optimise coverage and results.
* Apply brand and category knowledge confidently during customer interactions, deliver high‑quality sampling activity and act as a brand ambassador ensuring perfect execution in every outlet.
* Manage internal and external stakeholders, build strong relationships with route‑to‑market partners and host effective 1‑2‑1 customer sessions to influence, educate and build long‑term partnerships.
* Maintain high standards of CRM hygiene, record data accurately and complete all administrative tasks on time.
* Proactively contract new business, secure renewals with existing customers, build a healthy pipeline of prospects and convert leads into long‑term, value‑driving partnerships.
* Demonstrate a positive, solutions‑focused mindset, uphold company values, act with integrity, professionalism and accountability, and show resilience, adaptability and a commitment to continuous improvement.
As part of this role, you may need to undertake overnight stays.

What skills & experience do I need?

* Strong planning, prioritisation and time‑management skills

* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Flexible to meet business needs
* Good IT literacy
* Full, valid driving licence
* Experience in FMCG, hospitality or field sales (preferred but not essential)
