What you will do:

* Provide personalised one-to-one and group support to individuals facing challenges with drug and alcohol use.
* Conduct thorough assessments and design recovery plans in conjunction with service users.
* Track and review progress, ensuring that recovery plans evolve to meet the changing needs of the individuals.
* Work alongside health professionals, social workers, justice services, and family members to deliver integrated care.
* Guide service users through harm reduction strategies and techniques to prevent relapse.
* Maintain precise and current records using CGL systems to ensure high standards of care.
* Offer crisis support and manage risks, raising concerns as needed.
* Motivate and support service users to engage in educational, employment, and training opportunities.
* Deliver engaging workshops and interventions to promote health, well-being, and personal growth.
