Job Title: Receptionist / Facilities AdministratorJob Purpose:
To provide a professional and weing front-of-house service while supporting the smooth running of office facilities. This rolebines reception duties with administrative support for facilities management, ensuring a safe, efficient, and pleasant working environment.Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties:
1. Greet visitors and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Manage iing calls, emails, and deliveries.
3. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Facilities Administration:
4. Support day-to-day facilities operations, including office maintenance, supplies, and contractor coordination.
5. Monitor and report building issues (, heating, lighting, plumbing).
6. Assist with health and safetypliance, including fire drills and first aid suppliers
General Administration:
7. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
8. Support internalmunications and staff notices.
9. Assist with onboarding of new staff (, desk setup, access cards).
10. Liaise with external suppliers and service providers.
Skills & Experience:
11. Previous experience in a receptionist or facilities support role preferred.
12. Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
13. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
14. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
15. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
