The Role
The firm is now looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor (1-3 PQE) into its busy and growing West End team.
You will handle a broad and high-quality residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
* Re-mortgages
* Transfers of equity
* Lease extensions
Alongside core conveyancing work, there will be exposure to higher-value transactions and, where relevant, more commercially focused matters involving investors and portfolio properties.
You will work closely with experienced partners and be part of a friendly, dynamic team, with clear opportunities for progression as the department continues to grow.
Requirements
* Residential Property Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* Experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters
* Confident in dealing with clients and working as part of a team
