Private Client Partner
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Client Partner to join a highly regarded Wills, Trusts & Tax team. This role offers the opportunity to advise high-net-worth individuals and families on complex and high-value matters while playing a key role in the leadership and growth of the team.
The Role
You will advise on a broad range of private client matters, including:
* Wills and estate planning for high-net-worth clients
* Inheritance tax and capital gains tax planning
* Trust creation, structuring, and administration
* Estate administration, including complex and high-value estates
* Asset protection and wealth preservation strategies
You will also:
* Manage a portfolio of high-value clients and matters
* Supervise and mentor junior lawyers
* Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
* Support business development and strategic growth initiatives
About You
* Extensive experience in private client law
* Strong technical expertise across wills, trusts, tax, and estate planning
* Proven experience advising high-net-worth clients
* Commercially aware with strong relationship management skills
* Experience mentoring and supervising junior team members
* Proactive, collaborative, and confident in business development activities
