Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
* Ensure all cleaning supplies are used safely and stored properly.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
* Assist with laundry duties as required, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.
Experience
* Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is preferred but not essential.
* Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with guests and staff.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and colleagues.
* A valid driving licence is advantageous for roles that may require travel between locations.
