I am currently working with a large construction company who are seeking to recruit a freelance site manager for a period of 3 months. The project is a £1M commercial refurbishment scheme based in Orpington, Greater London. The Site Manager's primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This will also involve managing resources, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
