The Role
You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and installing commercial gas and heating systems, ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Servicing, repairs, and installation of commercial gas systems
* Carrying out plumbing and heating maintenance duties
* Issuing gas safety certificates and compliance documentation
* Ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines
* Updating service and testing records
* Ordering materials through approved systems
* Participating in an on‑call rota for emergency cover
* Maintaining company vehicle standards
* Liaising with supervisors and coordinators
* Keeping accurate records of completed work
What we're looking for
* Qualified Commercial Gas Engineer (relevant certifications required)
* Experience within commercial environments
* Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations
* Excellent problem‑solving ability
* Full UK driving licence
* Desirable: Experience with renewable systems (e.g. air/ground source heat pumps)
