The Role As a Senior SDR, you will operate as a critical driver of pipeline generation and revenue growth. You’ll take ownership of your territory, refine outbound strategy, and play a key role in elevating team performance. You will be responsible for: Identifying, prioritising, and executing on high-value target accounts across Europe and beyond Designing and executing multi-channel outbound strategies (cold calling, email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified pipeline Engaging and influencing senior decision-makers, uncovering complex business challenges and aligning solutions Consistently delivering high-quality, sales-ready opportunities for Account Executives Owning and forecasting your pipeline with accuracy using best-in-class sales tools Acting as a role model within the SDR team—sharing best practices, supporting onboarding, and contributing to a high-performance culture This is a high-impact, performance-driven role suited to individuals who thrive on accountability, continuous improvement, and exceeding ambitious targets.
