Contract Support Administrator

Location – Castleford (office based)

Salary – £26,500

Step Into a Role That Really Makes an Impact

This isn’t just administration — as a Contract Support Administrator at PTSG Electrical Services, you’ll play a central role in keeping our nationwide service delivery running smoothly. You’ll support contract performance, enhance customer experience, and have ownership over the reporting and communication that drive our operational success.

Join the UK’s leading specialist services group, where you’ll find stability, progression, and the chance to contribute to something bigger.

About the Role

As a Contract Support Administrator, you’ll be the key connection between clients, engineers, and operational teams. You’ll manage incoming service requests, coordinate contract updates, prepare performance reports, and ensure the smooth delivery of PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) schedules.

Each day brings variety — supporting contract delivery, managing information, solving issues before they escalate, and helping to keep customer KPI and SLA commitments firmly on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

Be the Communication Hub

* Receive, action, and direct incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently.

* Provide regular updates to clients on service schedules, performance, and any delivery risks or mitigation steps.

Own Reporting & Contract Information

* Compile and distribute management information for PPM contracts.

* Use Microsoft Office and in-house systems to produce digital reports from pre‑populated templates, detailing historical and upcoming contract performance.

* Maintain and organise engineer report folders and inboxes, monitoring for timely returns and following up on outstanding documentation.

Keep Operations Running Smoothly

* Support the planning of future service visits, working closely with Planning and Operations teams to meet customer KPIs and SLAs.

* Liaise with field teams to improve the quality, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting.

* Help implement best practice, improved processes, and efficient systems.

Support the Bigger Picture

* Carry out additional tasks as required by management.

* Contribute to a positive, proactive, service‑driven team environment.

What We’re Looking For

You might have experience in contract administration, service coordination, scheduling, or customer support — but above all, you thrive in a busy environment where organisation and communication matter.

You will:

* Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly when priorities shift.

* Be confident using Excel, Outlook, and internal reporting tools.

* Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.

* Spot issues early and solve problems before they escalate.

* Keep on top of detail, deadlines, and documentation.

* Work collaboratively with planners, engineers, and operational teams.

If you enjoy supporting a fast‑paced service operation and take pride in delivering accurate, high‑quality work — you’ll fit right in.

What’s In It for You?

* Competitive salary

* 25 days holiday + bank holidays

* Company pension scheme

* Discounts on shopping, tech, travel, meals out, fitness & more

* On-site parking

* A friendly, supportive office culture

* Plenty of training and development opportunities
