Your new role
As a Finance Assistant, you will play a key role within the wider Finance and Payroll team, supporting the smooth and accurate running of core financial processes. Reporting directly to the Accounts Supervisor, this full‑time, office‑based role (Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm) offers excellent exposure across purchase ledger, sales ledger and payroll administration in a fast‑paced and professional environment.
Your responsibilities will include processing supplier invoices and reconciliations, raising customer invoices, allocating payments, supporting debt management and handling supplier and customer queries. You will also assist with payroll data input, bank transactions, account reconciliations, month‑end processes and ad‑hoc finance administration, making this an ideal role for someone eager to progress their career within finance.

Previous experience within a finance or accounts environment will be advantageous, although attitude, potential and a willingness to learn are equally important.
