Teaching Assistant (Primary & Secondary - Complex SEND Needs) Location: Islington Salary: £13.69/per hour (PAYE) Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm Start date: ASAP We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in Islington, supporting both primary and secondary-aged students with complex SEND needs. In this role, you will work with students across different age groups, helping to meet their unique educational and emotional needs. You will provide tailored support and may be required to assist with personal care. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and passionate about supporting students with SEND to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: • Provide individual and group support to primary and secondary-aged students with complex SEND needs. • Assist with personal care tasks, ensuring the well-being, dignity, and safety of students. • Work closely with teachers and SENCO to deliver adapted learning strategies and resources. • Help create an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all students.
