Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner. Contracts are mainly in and around Salisbury.
The Role
* Repair electric parts
* Installs
* Fit wires, sockets and switches in homes.
* Rewire homes.
* Fault finding
* Socket changes
* Inspecting and testing
* Receive & complete works via PDA device
Skills & Experience
* 18th Edition + Level 3 NVQ
* Full UK Drivers License
* Social Housing experience preferred
