About Our Client
Our client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis in Derby.
This role is a hybrid opportunity (after training) and offering a salary up to £28,000 (DOE).
The successful candidate will be joining a fantastic team and play a vital role in the Finance function.
Job Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
* Reporting directly into the Finance Manager
* Processing invoices and credit notes
* Managing high volume of invoices
* Ensuring invoices are coded and inputted correctly
* General administrative duties
* Assisting with queries
* Assist in weekly payment runs
* Adhoc duties
The Successful Applicant
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk:
* Experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role
* Experience in finance systems (SAP desirable)
* Good Excel skills
* Be a team player
* Able to commute to their office in Derby
