About the Role:
We are looking for a confident, friendly, and highly motivated Outbound Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales/demo team.
This is a key role that directly supports business growth by creating qualified opportunities and building positive first impressions with prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads from provided lists and CRM systems
Introduce and explain our products/services clearly and professionally
Qualify leads based on set criteria
Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team
Follow up with prospects via phone and email as needed
Update and maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in the CRM
Handle initial objections and answer basic questions confidently
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion
Requirements:
Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or appointment setting (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly, confident phone manner with strong listening skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to stay organized and manage your time effectively
Basic computer and CRM skills
Nice to Have:
Experience in healthcare, tech, or B2B sales
Familiarity with eMAR or pharmacy services (if industry-specific)
