Required for September 2025, we are looking to appoint an administrative assistant for 3 days/week for a total of 24 hours/week. (Please note that we are also advertising a 2 day/week Senior Administrator role which could come together with this role to make a full-time role, or the two roles could be filled by two different people).
Main duties and responsibilities to include:
1. To administer the school website ensuring that it is up to date and meets the main audience needs;
2. To feedback to the school;
3. To collate the school newsletter and other communications, electronic and paper based;
4. To organise the printing of school materials;
5. To be the first point of call for website communications;
6. To assist with filtering communications (post, phone calls, e-mails) and redistribute appropriately;
7. To administer school trips as required;
8. To process invoices;
9. To administer the school parentmail system;
10. To work with the Senior Administrator in ensuring that the school systems are kept up to date at all times.

This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.
