The post holder will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of Programmer Managers to ensure successful delivery of all programmes within the portfolio to schedule, quality and cost targets. You will be responsible for ensuring each programme delivery phase is managed to customer satisfaction with specific focus on key performance indicators. You will provide excellent customer service and successfully manage the relationship between TAS, airline customers and the OEMs/Integrators within your portfolio. Limited travel among sites may be required to support PM functions and visits. Some international travel may also be required to support the needs of the department.
