1. Leading, supervising and motivating a team of multi professional and support staff to deliver high quality care capable of delivering and meeting practice and regulatory requirements.
2. Managing financial expenditure against an agreed budget, ensure value for money in procurement of goods and services and contribute to local budget setting, ensuring that the service is delivered within the financial resources available.
