What You’ll Be Doing
As Branch Manager, Crayford, you’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing, sales-focused team. Your role will ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a strong, motivated team. You'll build lasting relationships with customers, maintain the branch’s top standards, and tackle challenges around stock, performance, or policies head-on. With your leadership, you’ll create a supportive, results-driven culture, setting clear goals and celebrating achievements together. Your mission is simple: drive success, develop your team, and ensure the branch consistently delivers exceptional service.

1. Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

13. Safety Culture: Lead by example to promote a healthy, safe, and positive workplace for both customers and colleagues.
14. Team Leadership: Motivate, empower, and delegate to your team, fostering a collaborative approach that ensures excellent customer service and operational success.
Who You Are
You’ll need to be:
15. Experienced: Skilled in managing a store or branch of similar size, with strong leadership, operational management, sales, customer service, and commercial acumen.
