The practice is located within a purpose-built health centre which opened in April 2015. We have a practice population of over 14,500 patients covering Kilsyth and adjacent villages. The practice is centrally located with good motorway links from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Stirling.
Kilsyth Medical Partnership is looking to expand our team with the addition of an Summariser/Admin Assist. The position would be permanent for 30/35 hours per week (ideally over 5 days). Annual leave would be 4 working weeks per calendar year and a pro-rata share of 10 public holidays. The successful candidate will need to have flexibility to cover at short notice for sickness or annual leave.
Duties would include Summarising/coding, answering the phones, prescriptions, emails, docman scanning, photocopying, reception duties and all other admin duties that is required.
