What you'll need to succeed:
1. Graduated in Software Engineering/Application Development or related disciplines.
2. Relevant HR application development/maintenance training.
3. Recognised project/program management certification (e.g. Agile, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
4. Experience in HR systems delivery including SuccessFactors and payroll solutions.
5. SDLC including release and deployment procedures.
6. Product/backlog management.
7. Jira/Confluence.
8. Business Analysis.
9. Producing documents for conceptual business process and data modelling.
10. HR domain experience.
11. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
12. Good understanding of business processes.
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
