Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a portfolio of clients, primarily incorporated businesses, while also supporting unincorporated clients and individuals where required.
2. Taking responsibility for compliance matters, including annual accounts and corporation tax returns.
3. Providing personal tax planning advice to individuals.
4. Reviewing and preparing annual accounts and tax computations.
5. Supervising, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure client needs are met.
6. Overseeing workflow management, WIP, billing, and KPI performance for the team.
7. Acting as the primary relationship contact for clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
