Recruitment Resourcer As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for finding, attracting, and shortlisting candidates for one of the largest storage and distribution companies in Ireland. Using several methods, including online job boards and social media, you will identify potential candidates and manage the recruitment process, whilst ensuring compliance with legal and ethical requirements. Essential Criteria: One year's previous experience within a similar role or 2 years' experience within a customer service focussed role along with a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Minimum 5 GCSE's including Maths and English Self-motivated, resilient, team player who is results driven Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Excellent verbal and written communication skills A passion for providing excellent customer service Dependability and a strong work ethic Driven and flexible Ability to solve problems quickly Well-developed administration skills to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes Responsibilities: Research, identify and attract suitable candidates using all appropriate methods like online job boards, social media, and networking, to satisfy job requirements. Write, place and update advert onto websites and publications, in line with company policy Monitor responses / applications received and ensure candidate applications are processed fairly and efficiently Generate candidates through CV searching, social media, job adverts and referrals Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies Proactively and consistently strive to identify new candidates via job boards and inhouse database Provide pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policy and relevant legislation Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships Conduct face to face and / or telephone interviews Provide support to ensure that the candidate and client receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service at all times Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates Liaise with clients to ensure you have all the information needed to recruit successfully Comply with company management systems, payroll and billing policies and procedures Accurate recording of candidate and client information on the recruitment database Comply with all relevant employment legislation and appropriate codes of practice Understand and meet agreed KPIs and Targets Salary and Benefits: 30 to 35 days holiday per annum including stats Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm Out of hours cover required on a rota basis to include bank holidays, replacement day/s will be added to holiday entitlement if required to work on a bank holiday.
