About the Role

The Designer role involves supporting all areas of menswear jersey design and assisting the in-house design team. Responsibilities include preparing for customer meetings, collecting samples, and developing ranges with a focus on print and graphic design. Experience in shape design is a bonus but not essential. The role requires someone who is reactive, agile, resilient, and well-organized, with experience working for a supplier and with high street fashion retailers preferred.

Job Description

We are looking for a Designer who:

1. Has experience in high street menswear fashion design
2. Is commercially aware of current trends and themes, and can develop the brand while working with production to ensure products meet customer specifications and deadlines
3. Is an excellent communicator, comfortable working with colleagues, customers, factories, and third parties in the Far East and Europe
4. Is highly organized, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines
5. Has experience working in a fast-paced environment
6. Is proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), Photoshop, and Illustrator; 3D design skills are a plus
7. Can design shapes and graphics, with a focus on graphics
8. Has garment technical knowledge and can generate detailed tech packs
9. Is driven and results-oriented
10. Is proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
11. Has a degree in fashion design, business, retail, or related field
