Ideally, they would be looking for an experienced individual already in a similar position. However, they would also be willing to support an individual looking to step up into this position.
The successfulPrincipal / Associate Landscape Architect will be offered:
* £50,000 - £65,000, depending on experience
* Potential hybrid working (1 - 2 days from home)

Principal / Associate Landscape Architect requirements:
* A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is essential
* Being of Chartered status would be advantageous.
* A strong background in landscape architecture, ideally experienced working on public sector projects
* A willingness to be hands-on with both projects and a mentor to the junior members of the team
* Solid understanding of environmental principles
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Key duties ofPrincipal / Associate Landscape Architect will include but will not be limited to:
* Leading landscape architecture projects from conception to completion.
* Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful outcomes.
* Conducting site assessments and developing innovative design solutions.
* Preparing and presenting project proposals, reports, and technical documentation.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and sustainability standards.
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members to foster professional growth.
