The Mortgage Compliance Manager package
* Part Time: 2 days per week
* Hybrid - (In office-based advisor observations & monthly meeting)
* Salary £50k Prorata

The Mortgage Compliance Manager role
* Manage supervision of mortgage advisers
* KPI Reviews
* Monthly supervision - File Checks, Observations where needed.
* Manage file check remedial actions and repairs where needed.
* Mortgage Advisor 1:1’s
* Introducer Agreements and onboarding
* Update Policies where required.
* Group Reporting (quarterly) - e.g. AML sanction checks
* Manage Incoming / Exiting members of staff / Annual Fit and Proper assessments.
* Internal Records / Policies - ensuring up to date.
* Forward scanning - keeping us up to date with regulatory changes / enhancements.
* Marketing sign-off - Promotion material for socials / online
* Annual audit - Internal and External
* Some soft touch oversight on Commercial advisors
* Be point of contact for our specialist external Compliance Advisors for our Insurance Brokerage
Part time Mortgage Compliance Manager desired skills & experience
* Experienced in residential mortgage compliance.
* Outstanding administrative skills and attention to detail
* The ability to manage time efficiently.
