Service Care Solutions is currently working with a established local authority, based in Northamptonshire, which is looking to recruit an experienced Planning Lawyer to support their friendly and forward‑thinking legal team.
REMOTE
Umbrella Rate: £50 - £55 per hour
PAYE Inc. Rate: £44.06 - £48.41 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
* Advising on all aspects of town and country planning law from start to completion.
* Drafting and negotiating planning agreements (including s.106 and s.278).
* Providing legal advice to planning officers and service managers.
* (Preferable) Attending Planning Committee meetings, where relevant experience exists — though this is not essential.
