Job Description:
We’re looking for a Lead Product Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of product marketing campaigns that drive commercial growth. This role is ideal for someone with solid product marketing experience who’s ready to take on a more active role in coordinating a small team and shaping how product marketing is delivered across the business.
Working closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, R&D, and product management, you’ll help shape product messaging, support go-to-market strategies, and ensure campaigns align with wider business goals. You’ll also support the development of the Product Marketing Team by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and encouraging collaboration.
To enhance work/life balance, CMP operates on a 9-day fortnight (9/10 schedule), allowing staff to enjoy compressed hours and every other Friday off.
Responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating daily tasks and priorities within the Product Marketing Team to ensure smooth project and campaign delivery.
2. Planning and executing product launch campaigns with internal teams.
3. Developing clear product messaging and positioning strategies.
4. Creating and maintaining marketing assets such as brochures, animations, sample boards, and installation guides.
5. Conducting market research to support product development and go-to-market decisions.
6. Ensuring consistent product messaging across all platforms in collaboration with the Marketing Communications team.
7. Managing timelines and tasks to keep campaigns on track.
8. Maintaining up-to-date product content across digital channels.
9. Monitoring campaign performance and suggesting improvements.
10. Supporting product-focused events and exhibitions with consistent messaging and branding.
11. Contributing to internal communications about product launches and updates.
12. Improving marketing processes and campaign delivery methods.
13. Providing daily support to the Product Marketing Team with feedback and development guidance.
14. Leading team check-ins and 1:1 meetings to align work and foster continuous improvement.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in product marketing, especially within technical or B2B environments, strong project coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience supervising or managing others, whether formally or informally, is essential. You should be confident in providing guidance, feedback, and supporting colleagues’ growth.
