This role would suit someone with experience in ideally a project and construction environment. Package & Benefits: 20 days holiday + BH, rising by 1 day per year to a maximum of 25 Free parking on site Regular social events Christmas shut down period Regular training provided Maintenance Project Co-Ordinator Responsibilities: Handling incoming calls to the operations department in a prompt and polite manner and managing the operations inbox and ensure that all emails are responded to in a timely manner Project managing new orders effectively, from point of order for maintenance contracts, system assessments, site visits and remedial works Co-ordinating projects whilst on site to ensure good time and cost management for company, profit and engineers health and safety Working closely with the commercial project co-ordinator on a daily basis Liaising with the sales estimators, manufacturing team, engineering and finance teams to deliver projects to requirements Booking hotels and travel within budget Planning for visits, aiming for full diaries at least 4 weeks in advance Ordering parts required for arrival in time for engineers stocking their van...
