Salary: £24,000
Location: Cardiff (Work from home every Friday)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Recruitment Administrator to support our dynamic team in Cardiff. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play a vital part in keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Answering and directing incoming calls with a professional, friendly telephone manner
* Assisting with weekly payroll duties
* Updating, formatting, and managing candidate CVs
* Gathering references and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date
* Providing top-tier administrative support across the team
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong communicator with excellent telephone and customer service skills
* Well-organised with great attention to detail and administrative efficiency
* A team player who enjoys being a central part of a busy and supportive office
* Prior admin or customer service experience – ideal for recent graduates
