Your new roleAs a Financial Analyst, you’ll be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to help manage their P&Ls, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and produce insightful management accounts. You’ll work with large data sets, build financial models, and provide analysis to support strategic decisions. You’ll also manage two team members and play a key role in their development.You’ll be part of a professional, friendly team and report directly to the Head of FP&A, who ismitted to supporting your career growth and development. This is a hybrid role, with two days per week in the Kingston upon Thames office.
What you'll need to succeedYou’ll have experience in management accounting and financial analysis, with strongmunication and stakeholder engagement skills. While direct management experience isn’t required, you should be able to demonstrate leadership qualities. You’ll be either qualified by experience (QBE), part-qualified (PQ), or a fully qualified accountant.
