£75,000 - £80,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

As IT Infrastructure Project Manager, you'll lead the delivery of a busy pipeline of BAU change management projects-enhancing products, improving services, reducing risk, and driving optimisation across Digital Engineering Services & Solutions. You'll work closely with Product Owners, Service Owners, Architects, and stakeholders across the Corporate Technology function to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage and deliver a portfolio of BAU change projects across Infrastructure and Service Operations, ensuring timelines, budget and scope are met.
Coordinate workload pipelines, providing visibility of planned/unplanned work and ensuring effective capacity planning.
Work with Product Owners and technical teams to scope requirements, define baseline plans, assess feasibility, and articulate clear business rationale.
Manage governance, reporting and stakeholder updates, including MI, dashboards, RAID management and executive summaries.
Oversee supplier onboarding, third-party risk, compliance, data protection and contract/SOW activities.
Ensure operational readiness, service transition and clean project closure, including lessons learned and approvals.
Build strong working relationships across HR, Procurement, Finance, Technology and Business Services.Key Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong track record delivering Infrastructure and/or Service Operations projects, including BAU change initiatives.
Full lifecycle project delivery experience with both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
Background in Infrastructure and Service Operations environments, with solid understanding of platforms/technologies.
Excellent stakeholder management, governance, reporting and delivery oversight.
Experience with budget management, forecasting, resourcing, and risk/issue control.
Proficient with MS Project, MS Office, Jira, Confluence.
Strong understanding of corporate controls (e.g., SOX, project delivery standards, data protection, third-party risk).Desirable:
Experience within a global bank or financial institution.
