Overveiw of Role: As a Nightshift Hygiene Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all production areas, equipment, and machinery are cleaned to the highest food safety and quality standards. Working as part of the nightshift hygiene team, you will help prepare the factory for the next day’s production runs maintaining the highest level of cleanliness throughout the year. Key Responsibilities: Carry out cleaning of production lines, equipment, and factory areas in line with company procedures. Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations. Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively. Dismantle and reassemble machinery for deep cleaning where required. Complete hygiene records and checks accurately. Work closely with the line management and wider team to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
