The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice is a well-established and highly regarded charity located in the heart of Bellahouston Park, Glasgow. We provide expert palliative care to individuals living with life-limiting, progressive illnesses, while offering compassionate support to their families and carers.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our hospitality services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue, ensuring that every patient, family member, and visitor receives outstanding service in a warm and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer experience - uphold exceptional service standards
* Budget management – ensuring financial efficiency and profitability
* Marketing and promotion – use social media platforms to attract new and existing customers
* Quality control – continue to improve existing services
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in hospitality management
* Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, team-focused approach
* Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
* Sound knowledge of health & safety and licensing regulations
