Overview
The Strategic Partnerships Group (SPG) is a national sales team working mainly with professional service firms, owners, entrepreneurs, and private clients across the UK. Our collaborative approach supports the Wealth Management Europe office network and key professional connections. We invite a Regional Strategic Partnerships Executive (RSPE) to help achieve ambitious growth targets and deepen relationships in the North‑East market.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with offices and functions to develop and execute SPG initiatives aligned with regional and national strategies.
* Build and maintain relationships with key Centres of Influence (CoIs) such as accountants and lawyers through proactive engagement, networking, and events.
* Coordinate and monitor referrals, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow‑up on designated systems.
* Support direct client engagement and conversion of opportunities alongside Wealth Managers and the regional RSPM team.
* Contribute to SPG new business targets, monitoring progress via the pipeline tool and reporting to senior leadership.
* Foster strong internal relationships to ensure open communication and collaboration.
* Stay informed on market conditions and adapt to regulatory and business changes.
* Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to develop and maintain collateral and external partnerships.
Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven relationship‑building abilities.
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proactive and self‑motivated approach with a focus on business development.
* Proficiency in CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Demonstrated success in a similar business‑development or partnership role within financial or professional services.
Preference
* Relevant Level 4 qualification (CII or CISI) or equivalent.
* Experience in wealth management.

Location and Work Hours
Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom. Full‑time, 35 hours per week, requires 4 days in the office.
