Teaching Assistant – Primary School, Bournemouth Full-time and Part-time Positions Available Here at Teaching Personnel, we are looking for a supportive, passionate, and caring Teaching Assistant to work within one of our lovely Primary Schools in Bournemouth. What’s involved in the role? Working alongside the class teacher to help plan activities and lessons. Supporting children 1:1 or in small groups who may need a bit of extra help with their learning. Helping pupils build their confidence, develop new skills, and enjoy their time at school. Staying positive, professional, and enthusiastic at all times – whether working on your own or as part of a team. What do we need for the role? A good understanding of Early Years, KS1, and KS2, so you can support across all year groups. Patience, understanding, and professionalism when working with children and staff. The ability to give helpful feedback and support children’s progress. A team player with strong communication and organisation skills.
