Join Our Team as a Core Services Delivery Manager!
Do you have experience in the events and exhibitions industry? Are you competent in the six aspects of Scope, Schedule, Financial, Risk, Quality, and Resources? If so, we want YOU!
As our Core Services Delivery Manager, you will manage the delivery of Core Operations at show site, including Electrics, Stand Fitting, Floor Covering, and Furniture.
Main Duties Include
1. Evaluate, assess, and manage all associated risks that may affect project delivery.
2. Work based on information from the Account Manager's brief and additional work orders.
3. Ensure H&S compliance by all staff (internal and contractors), including relevant training.
4. Be responsible for delivering the project to meet expected outcomes and benefits.
5. Collaborate with the Operations team, including planning, onsite delivery, and stakeholder management.
6. Oversee and manage onsite labor.
7. Produce timely post-show reports highlighting issues, achievements, and learnings.
8. Adhere to published SLAs depending on the Organizer and the show.
9. Fully utilize software systems as part of SOPs within the department.
You will have:
* Experience in the Exhibition and Events Industry or a similar role.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently.
* Good communication skills, quick learning ability, team spirit, and willingness to travel.
* Excellent organization, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
This role offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience, aligned with our reward strategy.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, with occasional evenings and weekends during busy periods.
Annual Leave
25 days per year plus bank holidays and public holidays.
