Key Responsibilities
* Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Working collaboratively with class teachers to deliver high-quality lessons
* Providing small-group and 1:1 support to pupils
* Assisting with behaviour management and daily classroom organisation
* Supporting pupils with additional or specific needs
* Helping create a positive, inclusive, safe learning environment
Experience & Qualifications Essential:
* Previous experience working in a primary school or similar educational setting
* Good understanding of safeguarding and classroom expectations
* Ability to build nurturing, supportive relationships with pupils and staff
Desirable:
* Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
* SEND experience or additional training (e.g. First Aid, Autism Awareness, Team Teach)
