3. Deliver market insight projects, including compensation trends and EVP attractiveness.
4. Support hiring managers with writing compelling job descriptions and job adverts.
5. Collaborate with the TA Attraction team to ensure campaigns reach the right audiences.
6. Manage internal moves and support succession planning with People Partners and Function Managers.
7. Ensure accurate and compliant data entry in recruitment systems, aligned with GDPR and governance standards.
8. Manage relationships with approved search firms when needed.
9. Partner with the Early Careers team to support graduate and placement student onboarding.
10. Champion inclusive recruitment practices that reflect our values and ambitions.

13. A track record of managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
14. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, especially with senior managers.
15. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
16. Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
17. A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
18. Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity with confidence.
Benefits
